Control & Reporting Associate

About the role

The Control & Reporting Associate is responsible for managing daily financial operations at the Beni Suef Distribution Center. The role ensures accurate settlements, invoicing, credit control, and compliance with company policies while supporting the sales and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review daily settlements (Mobadla), verify supporting documents and signatures, and ensure no unreviewed settlements remain.
• Record manual invoices in the PACE system and reconcile credit invoices with daily credit reports.
• Generate and send KA and MT invoices to central accounts receivable.
• Close the daily financial period, review entries, and produce daily sales and customer status reports.
• Maintain credit documentation, monitor cash cycles, and manage B&C and discount resolutions.
• Participate in cooler and finished‑goods write‑off committees, and prepare GL activities and other revenue transactions.
• Support monthly closing activities, market sample execution, and fiscal count task forces.
• Prepare insurance documentation, centralized customer invoices, and inventory reports such as marketing free products and write‑off reports.
• Reconcile customer balances across SAP, PACE, and open items, and address any variances.
• Deliver head‑office requirements, contribute to department projects, and perform quarterly COSO testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar financial control or reporting role.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Experience using the PACE system.
