Corporate Banking ARM/Credit Analyst

About the role

This position combines corporate banking relationship management with credit analysis responsibilities. You will acquire new corporate clients, deepen existing relationships, and ensure the credit quality of the portfolio while supporting the bank’s revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients and maintain regular engagement with existing accounts.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, conduct credit risk assessments, prepare financial analyses, and structure loan proposals.
• Prepare and submit credit applications in line with risk policies and monitor accounts for early warning signals.
• Achieve financial targets by growing loan, deposit, and non‑interest income, and cross‑sell trade finance, treasury, cash management, and investment banking products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal credit policies, and coordinate with operations for smooth transaction processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics or a related field.
• 0–2 years of credit analysis experience or 3+ years in corporate banking relationship management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
