About the role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team in New Cairo. The role involves providing legal advice, handling disputes, and ensuring compliance with Egyptian laws.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and legal agreements.
- Handle tax, labor, and commercial disputes and cases.
- Provide legal advice to management and different departments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Review legal documents and identify potential legal risks.
- Coordinate with external lawyers and legal consultants when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Proven experience handling tax, labor, and commercial cases.
- Previous experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor, commercial, and tax laws.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
