Corporate Security Investigator – MEA Region

About the role

The Corporate Security Investigator will lead internal and external investigations across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region for NCR Atleos. You will address fraud, theft, conflicts of interest, bribery, ATM‑related crime and other security incidents affecting the company’s products, services, assets or employees.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close investigations covering fraud, theft, bribery, ATM crime and related security matters.
• Maintain detailed case notes, manage evidence with proper chain of custody, and prepare comprehensive investigation reports for senior management.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Ethics & Compliance, HR, Legal, Internal Audit, Global Physical Security and business leaders.
• Coordinate with external investigators, customers, partners and law‑enforcement agencies as required.
• Provide security guidance and training to business units and customers on internal theft, external fraud and physical security risks.
• Support the implementation of security policies, conduct compliance reviews and advise on policy matters.
• Identify and recommend fraud‑prevention and loss‑mitigation initiatives across the region.

Required profile

• Highly motivated with strong investigative judgment and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable handling sensitive information and presenting findings to senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel within the MEA region or support escalations remotely.
