Cost Accountant – Manufacturing (10th of Ramadan)

About the role

We are looking for a Cost Accountant to join our clothing and footwear manufacturing plant in 10th of Ramadan City. The role focuses on monitoring production costs, analysing expenses, and providing accurate cost reports to support management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse manufacturing and production costs.
• Prepare cost sheets and product costing reports.
• Track raw material consumption, waste, and variances.
• Perform inventory valuation and stock reconciliations.
• Analyse labour and overhead costs.
• Support budgeting and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and finance teams.
• Prepare periodic financial and operational reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of cost‑accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferable experience in garments, fashion, textile, or footwear factories.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and costing systems.
• Good analytical and reporting abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in 10th of Ramadan City.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
