Creative Director

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative, trend‑driven Creative Director to shape the content strategy of a fast‑growing personal brand that covers AI, cybersecurity, technology, financial markets and the creator economy. Based in Cairo and working in a hybrid model, you will turn emerging memes, viral moments and new tools into original, on‑brand content that engages and converts.

Key responsibilities

• Generate bold concepts for Reels, Stories, campaigns and other short‑form social media formats.
• Connect trends, movies, internet culture and current events with topics such as AI, cybersecurity and business.
• Develop hooks, scripts, storytelling outlines and clear visual directions.
• Leverage AI tools for research, brainstorming, storyboarding and content development.
• Brief and guide editors, designers and production team members.
• Monitor global creators, viral formats and emerging digital culture to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Build campaigns aimed at increasing reach, engagement, leads and sales while maintaining a smart, provocative and entertaining style.

Required profile

• Currently based in Cairo and available for hybrid work.
• Deep understanding of short‑form content, trends and storytelling.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics into entertaining content.
• Fast, organized, proactive and comfortable in a high‑speed environment.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Portfolio or clear examples of previous creative work.
