About the role
As a Customer Experience Coordinator at Solmax, you will manage the full order lifecycle for EMEA customers, ensuring accurate processing in dual ERP systems and delivering a high level of service across a wide geographic market.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and maintain sales orders in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Communicate customer requirements to planning, sales, and logistics teams.
- Track orders through production, providing timely updates on availability, loading, and delivery dates.
- Handle payment follow‑up, credit requests, and financial release of orders.
- Resolve customer complaints, issue credit notes, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Create and maintain customer master data, hierarchies, and price lists in SAP.
- Monitor late payments and support collections activities.
Required profile
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
- Well‑organized with strong team spirit.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and unforeseen situations.
- Available Monday to Friday (Friday may be a shorter day).
