Customer Facing Specialist

About the role

The Customer Facing Specialist will act as the primary liaison between our customers, sales teams and internal operations. You will ensure master data accuracy, monitor order processing and support end‑to‑end order fulfilment while maintaining a high service level.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain internal and external master data efficiently.
• Communicate and coordinate with customers and sales teams.
• Monitor order processing and follow‑up on the ERP system.
• Handle order changes, enhancements and fulfilment tasks.
• Plan orders together with the logistics team and track deliveries.
• Perform loss analysis using Excel and Power BI and develop mitigation action plans.
• Generate daily business reports and investigate returns.
• Lead weekly and monthly business review meetings.
• Evaluate and forecast material requirements using MRP, JIT and Kanban tools.
• Coordinate with production and purchasing to secure material supply.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely deliveries.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of experience in material planning, order management or a related supply‑chain function.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
