Customer Implementation Specialist (OR Nurse)

About the role

Incision is looking for a Customer Implementation Specialist (OR Nurse) to lead the rollout of its Incision Assist solution in hospitals worldwide. You will train surgical teams, support users, and ensure successful adoption of the technology that helps peri‑operative staff access critical information during procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Incision’s solutions in operating rooms, coordinating installations and training sessions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand workflow needs and translate them into practical app configurations.
• Deliver hands‑on training to surgical assistants, surgeons and other OR personnel on the Incision Assist app.
• Create and review medical content and protocols within the app to meet client requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and gather feedback to continuously improve customer satisfaction and product functionality.
• Travel internationally to client sites for implementations, training and support.
• Work cross‑functionally with product, engineering and education teams to enhance the solution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a surgical assistant, scrub nurse or operating‑room nurse.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Tech‑savvy, comfortable using computers, software and digital medical programs.
• Strong customer‑orientation, problem‑solving ability and teamwork skills.
• Independent work style with efficient process management.
• Willingness to travel internationally and potential to lead a small team in the future.
