About the role
The Customer Service Administrator will be the first point of contact for our online clothing brand’s customers, handling inquiries and ensuring smooth order processing. Based in our HelioPolis office in Cairo, you will work closely with the sales, logistics and returns teams to maintain high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer messages on social media platforms.
- Track and follow up on shipments with courier partners.
- Coordinate returns, exchanges and refunds according to company policy.
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of customer interactions and order status.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in a customer service or similar role.
- Basic proficiency in English.
- Good computer literacy for handling email, spreadsheets and order management tools.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Cairo.
