About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic graduates with B2 level English to join our customer service team in Maadi. The role involves handling customer inquiries and providing support as part of a dynamic call‑center environment. You will work in rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage and will have opportunities for rapid career progression. The position offers a fast‑paced environment where you will develop communication and problem‑solving skills while assisting a diverse customer base. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
