Customer Service & Recruitment Associate (Arabic & English Speaker)

About the role

Capital Placement is looking for a bilingual Customer Service & Recruitment Associate to be the first point of contact for corporate clients and employers across the region. You will manage client relationships, coordinate recruitment programmes and ensure smooth delivery from onboarding to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for corporate clients via phone, email and chat in Arabic and English.
• Conduct consultations to understand hiring goals and recommend suitable programme structures.
• Support day‑to‑day delivery of recruitment and talent programmes across multiple clients.
• Manage a high volume of client accounts, maintaining accurate records in all systems.
• Conduct interviews and briefings using Rena, the in‑house AI interviewer.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless programme execution.
• Analyse client and programme data, surface insights and share recommendations.
• Utilise AI tools to improve client experience and streamline workflows.
• Take ownership of issues and resolve them with sound judgement.

Required profile

• Available full‑time; not compatible with studies, another job or freelance work.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Comfortable managing corporate client relationships and stakeholder communication.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple programmes.
• Calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solver with a client‑first mindset.
• Curious about AI and automation.
