Customer Service Representative (French Speaker)

About the role

InteLogix is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join its on‑site team in Qesm 3rd New Cairo. You will interact with customers in French and English across phone, email and chat, delivering accurate information and timely solutions while upholding the company’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in French and English via phone, email and chat.
• Listen actively, investigate issues, and follow established procedures to resolve inquiries, complaints and requests.
• Document every interaction in the CRM system and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Share customer feedback, monitor performance metrics and participate in ongoing training.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Fluent or advanced proficiency in French and good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Clear, professional communication, active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable using computer systems, CRM tools and standard office software.
• Ability to work on‑site in New Cairo, manage time effectively and handle high‑volume workloads.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment is preferred; relevant education in business or communication is a plus.
