Customer Service Representative – Giza

About the role

E-Planet is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in 6th of October, Giza. You will be the first point of contact for students, teachers and other clients, providing friendly and efficient support both over the phone and face‑to‑face.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong rapport with clients through phone calls and in‑person interactions.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Enter and update student and teacher data accurately in the company system.
• Gather and evaluate relevant information to address service requests.
• Follow up on customer interactions and coordinate with teachers and administration.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in a similar customer‑facing role (experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Professional appearance and formal dress code.
• Strong commitment and reliability.
• Good command of English.
