About the role
Join ConcentrixAbility as a Customer Service Representative and become the voice of the company for our clients in Egypt. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, providing assistance and information to customers in English (B2 level) while working flexible morning or night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and chat in a professional manner.
- Resolve issues, process requests, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions accurately in the company's system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets.
Required profile
- Graduates or undergraduates with no prior experience required.
- Fluent English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
- Ability to work both morning and night shifts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
