Customer Service Representative

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the primary liaison between our client—a global leader in Information Technology Services & Consulting—and internal teams. The role ensures smooth initiation, planning, execution, and monitoring of jobs, supporting production scheduling and delivery follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and complete production sections of Job One‑Pagers and evaluation forms.
• Coordinate with Sales, TPSE, and support departments to initiate jobs on schedule.
• Monitor job progress, productivity, and reporting to keep projects on track.
• Assist Finance with invoicing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Maintain client relationships, conduct regular update meetings, and manage contractual obligations.
• Utilize JIRA Work Management and JIRA Service Desk for activity requests and service tickets.
• Collaborate with ORKA, Infrastructure, Logistics, and Line Managers to ensure proper production storage and batch completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Audiovisual Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within media, broadcasting, or digital archiving.
• Proven ability to work directly with clients and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced technical environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
• JIRA Work Management and JIRA Service Desk.
• Familiarity with audiovisual production workflows, formats, and delivery standards.
• Basic budgeting and financial tracking knowledge.
• Understanding of project management tools.
