About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join the Nespresso Customer Relationship Center in Cairo. In this role you will be the first point of contact for B2C and B2B customers, delivering premium support across voice, email and chat channels.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email and live chat, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prioritize first‑contact resolution to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Handle complaints with empathy, turning feedback into service improvements.
- Advise customers on Nespresso’s product portfolio and promote the benefits of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
Required profile
- 0‑2 years of experience in customer‑engagement or call‑center services.
- Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and collaborate as a team player.
- Organised, reliable and respectful work ethic.
