Customer Success Consultant

About the role

Beyond Menu is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to act as a strategic growth partner for independent restaurant owners. You will use data insights and execution expertise to boost online orders, improve operational performance, and unlock long‑term growth for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain structured client records in Salesforce, tracking milestones, progress and interactions.
• Develop proposals and collaborate using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
• Analyze order trends, conversion funnels and retention metrics with tools such as Databricks.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.
• Execute plans with a results‑oriented mindset, delivering measurable outcomes.
• Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales).
• Monitor market trends and share competitive insights.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 3+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or SaaS sales.
• Data‑driven mindset with comfort using Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving and structured thinking abilities.
• Self‑driven, highly accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with remote work and U.S.-aligned swing‑shift hours (Cairo time 10 pm‑5 am).
