About the role
We are looking for a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through the adoption of our e‑commerce and digital‑marketing platform. You will ensure a smooth onboarding experience, help configure workflows and AI automations, and enable customers to realize value quickly.
Key responsibilities
- Guide customers step‑by‑step through the onboarding journey.
- Support integration of WhatsApp Business API and other communication channels.
- Assist in setting up workflows, automations, and AI agents.
- Understand client business needs and recommend relevant use cases.
- Conduct onboarding calls, demos, and training sessions.
- Monitor engagement during trial and early adoption, identifying challenges.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Collect feedback to drive product improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems or related field.
- 1‑3 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS support or onboarding.
- Experience with SaaS platforms or CRM systems.
- Strong communication and client‑management abilities.
- Ability to understand customer workflows and business processes.
- Experience delivering online demos and training.
- Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving skills.
