About the role
Travelport is seeking a bilingual Customer Support Analyst to join its global help‑desk team. You will provide functional and technical assistance for the full range of Travelport products, supporting customers who book flights, hotels, and car rentals worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver first‑line help‑desk support via phone, web, chat and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical incidents across all Travelport solutions.
- Log, monitor and track incidents in the Incident Management System, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues following Travelport’s escalation procedures while maintaining ownership for Premier customers.
- Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Promote self‑service options such as MyTravelport.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a travel agency, tour operator or airline environment.
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems, specifically Galileo (other GDS experience considered).
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency required.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with customers and internal teams.

- CETS (or similar leisure tools)
