Cybersecurity Architect

About the role

iSec is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Architect to design and implement secure, resilient, and scalable security architectures for enterprise clients across the Middle East. The role involves aligning security solutions with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop secure enterprise cybersecurity architectures.
• Review and validate security architectures for enterprise environments, cloud platforms, applications, and infrastructure.
• Conduct cybersecurity architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support security assessments, risk analysis, and threat modeling activities.
• Collaborate with clients, technical teams, and project managers to deliver secure solutions.
• Provide technical leadership during security solution implementation.
• Prepare architecture documentation, technical reports, and executive presentations.
• Stay updated with emerging cyber threats, technologies, and security best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in security architecture.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise security architecture, network security, cloud security, IAM, and zero‑trust principles.
• Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls, OWASP, and Microsoft security solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work directly with enterprise clients.
