Cybersecurity Business Continuity & Resilience Manager

About the role

PwC’s Egypt Technology & Innovation Centre (ETIC) is expanding its Resilience practice and seeks a seasoned manager to lead Business Continuity, Crisis Management and IT Disaster Recovery initiatives. You will work with enterprise clients to strengthen their cyber‑resilience and ensure operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of resilience projects, including risk assessments, framework design and testing.
• Assist clients in developing, implementing and maintaining Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Incident Response and IT Disaster Recovery plans.
• Provide guidance on cyber‑resilience and coordinate remediation programmes across the Middle East region.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate resilience solutions with technology platforms such as SAP, Oracle and cloud services.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in resilience, business continuity or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage complex client engagements and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on risk mitigation and operational continuity.
• Self‑starter with a passion for technology and client delivery.
