Cybersecurity Risk Technology Associate – ETIC

About the role

PwC’s Egypt Technology and Innovation Centre (ETIC) in Cairo is seeking a Cybersecurity Risk Technology Associate. The role will support global teams and advise industrial clients on governance, risk and compliance (GRC) and cyber‑security matters.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams in the UK, Germany and the Middle East to deliver cyber‑risk advisory services.
• Perform cyber‑security assessments and audits against frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF and PCI DSS, including compliance, third‑party risk and program maturity evaluations.
• Benchmark findings using assessment tools and produce reports aligned with industry standards.
• Develop, review and maintain cyber‑security policies, standards and procedures for client engagements.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of GRC concepts and proven experience in cyber‑security assessments.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST CSF and PCI DSS frameworks.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in consulting or a multinational environment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, unstructured setting and interact with senior stakeholders across time zones.
• Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia as required.
