About the role

3anuta Microfinance is looking for a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our team.

Key responsibilities

Analyze data and prepare regular reports.
Track and analyze KPIs and performance indicators.
Create interactive dashboards and reports.
Ensure data accuracy and quality.
Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to support decision‑making.
Collaborate with different departments to provide the required reports and analysis.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Previous experience in data analysis.
Experience in microfinance companies is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.

Required skills

Microsoft Excel (advanced knowledge).
Power BI.
SQL (knowledge is a plus).
