Data Center Technical Lead (Electrical)

About the role

Schneider is seeking a seasoned Electrical Technical Lead to own the execution of data‑center power projects in New Cairo. You will design, integrate and deliver high‑voltage (HV), medium‑voltage (MV) and low‑voltage (LV) power networks that support critical infrastructure worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical execution for electrical systems projects covering HV, MV and LV networks.
• Design comprehensive power system architectures that integrate generation, storage, conversion and distribution components.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams through design, supplier management, implementation and testing phases.
• Assess and manage technical risks, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with data‑center operators, consultants, EPCs and end customers to deliver optimal solutions.

Required profile

• University MSc/BSc in Electrical Engineering.
• 8‑10 years of experience in data‑center electrical engineering or similar roles.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical professionals in complex engineering environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer‑focused approach.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
