Data Engineer

About the role

Easygenerator is seeking a Data Engineer to design and operate the data platform that powers its e‑learning authoring tool. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure data solutions that drive smarter decisions across revenue, product, marketing and business intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure using Snowflake, AWS Glue (PySpark) and modern ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Integrate data from SaaS sources such as Salesforce, Mixpanel, Segment, Customer.io, Intercom, Google Analytics and LinkedIn Ads.
• Develop reliable data models, warehouses and data lakes to support reporting and analytics.
• Implement data quality, monitoring, governance and security best practices, including GDPR compliance.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing and BI teams to deliver impactful data solutions.
• Optimize platform performance, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Build AI‑powered self‑service analytics capabilities for business users.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake architecture, performance optimisation, governance and security.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS Glue, PySpark, ETL/ELT pipelines and workflow orchestration.
• Advanced SQL and Python programming skills.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, warehousing and analytics engineering practices.
