Data Scientist – Advanced Analytics & AI

About the role

As a Data Scientist in the Data Insights & AI team, you will design, develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions that solve real business challenges across multiple domains such as Route‑to‑Market, Omnichannel, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain and Finance. You will work end‑to‑end, from opportunity identification with stakeholders to production‑ready deployment on Microsoft Azure and Databricks, driving Coca‑Cola HBC’s data‑driven transformation across 29 markets.

Key responsibilities

• Dive into large, diverse datasets to uncover patterns and business opportunities.
• Apply statistical, machine‑learning and generative‑AI techniques to address defined challenges.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate problems into data solutions and communicate results to non‑technical audiences.
• Lead the full data‑product lifecycle, from proof‑of‑concept to production, in an Agile environment.
• Partner with Data Engineers, AI and GenAI engineers to deliver scalable, API‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience developing Python and SQL‑based machine‑learning solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, function calling, prompt engineering).
• Strong analytical mindset, ownership and ability to work effectively in a team.
