Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence

About the role

As a Data Scientist specializing in Artificial Intelligence at Valleysoft, you will design and deliver AI‑driven solutions that transform raw data into actionable business value. You will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to turn complex challenges into reliable, scalable models.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning and AI models for classification, regression, clustering, recommendation and forecasting.
• Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to uncover trends and insights.
• Build and optimize deep‑learning models using modern frameworks.
• Implement generative AI solutions with Large Language Models, including Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and prompt engineering.
• Collaborate with data and software engineers to create scalable AI applications and data pipelines.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain models following MLOps best practices.
• Document technical designs, model architecture and ensure compliance with data governance and Responsible AI principles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in data science, machine learning or AI.
• Proven ability to develop and productionize AI/ML models in enterprise settings.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
