Demand Business Operations Head

About the role

The Demand Business Operations Head leads the capabilities across Demand Systems, Sales Systems, Data & Analytics and Asset Management to improve the productivity and effectiveness of the Demand & Sales organization. As the MEA business becomes more technology and data enabled, the role ensures that technology, data and assets are fully leveraged to simplify work, strengthen execution and enable profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team: recruit, retain, coach and develop people across Demand Systems, Sales Systems, Data & Analytics and Asset Management, with clear accountability and a healthy talent pipeline.
• Partner with Demand & Sales leadership to simplify processes, optimize ROI and improve effectiveness through technology, data, analytics and automation, establishing clear measures of productivity and value.
• Work with Digital Technology to turn requirements into technology roadmaps, secure resources and investment, and ensure delivery and adoption.
• Drive adoption and value realization by embedding capabilities into business processes, measuring adoption, productivity, effectiveness and business value, and intervening where solutions fall short.
• Lead and govern Chillers & Freezers across MEA so that commercial assets are deployed and managed to maximize availability, utilization and return on investment, using data and technology to improve asset visibility and lifecycle management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of experience, including leadership experience.
• Ideally some experience with Digital Technology.
