Demand Planner Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Demand Planner Specialist to join our fast‑growing technology company. You will play a key role in optimizing demand forecasts, inventory availability, and supply planning to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales, market trends, seasonality and business plans.
• Analyze sales, inventory and demand data to spot trends, gaps and potential supply risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to align demand and inventory plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment actions to keep stock healthy.
• Track forecast accuracy and continuously improve forecasting methodologies.
• Support new product launches, promotions and seasonal demand planning.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain or inventory planning.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience in retail, e‑commerce, electronics or fast‑moving consumer goods is preferred.
