Logistics Specialist – Supply Chain Order Processing

About the role

The Logistics Specialist will manage customer order processing for NOV WSS Brandt equipment, spares and accessories. This role combines office administration with operational logistics to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders from receipt of purchase orders through to final invoicing.
• Maintain and update customer order references and booking reports.
• Place internal purchase orders, coordinate intercompany shipments, and monitor delivery schedules.
• Allocate equipment from inventory, manage goods receipt in JDE, and chase third‑party suppliers for order status.
• Liaise with intercompany teams for shipping documents, freight forwarding, and proof of delivery.
• Assist procurement with inventory reconciliation and prepare workshop work orders.
• Generate credit notes and ensure periodic clearance of sales and purchase orders in JDE.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in customer order or sales order processing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a busy operations team.
