About the role

Join the culinary team at Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh as a Demi Chef De Partie. You will support the Chef De Partie in delivering high‑quality dishes and maintaining the exceptional standards expected by our luxury guests.

Key responsibilities

• Run the day‑to‑day operation of an assigned kitchen station.
• Assist the Chef De Partie and step in as Chef De Partie when required.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area at all times.
• Help create and prepare menu items and daily specials.
• Complete mise en place and set‑up the station before service.
• Follow standard recipes and plate presentations to ensure consistency and quality.
• Uphold high operational standards in line with international F&B guidelines.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a hotel or resort kitchen environment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑standards setting.
• Strong commitment to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
• Willingness to learn and follow established culinary procedures.

Required skills

• Food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Mise en place planning and execution.

• Knowledge of standard recipes and plating standards.
