Deputy Manager – Branch Operations

About the role

The Deputy Manager will support the Branch Manager in daily operations of the Wham Clinics branch in Sheikh Zayed, ensuring smooth service delivery and a high‑standard environment for patients and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the branch following company procedures and report any operational issues.
• Monitor and maintain branch equipment, cameras, displays, internet connectivity and operating systems.
• Oversee employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, uniform compliance and professional appearance.
• Ensure branch cleanliness, hygiene, ambiance and adherence to company policies.
• Handle customer complaints related to appointments, follow‑ups and service delivery, escalating major issues as needed.
• Conduct weekly inventory checks of medical supplies, consumables, brochures and marketing materials, and trigger replenishment requests.
• Perform daily walkthroughs of treatment sessions to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Supervise reception activities and verify accuracy of daily operations.
• Train newly hired staff on policies, procedures, customer service standards, equipment usage and product knowledge.
• Review patient registrations, sales transactions and system entries for accuracy and report to the Branch Manager.
• Carry out regular quality inspections using approved checklists.
• Assume full responsibility for branch operations in the Branch Manager’s absence.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and support product sales initiatives.
