About the role
Ahmed El‑Sallab is seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a high‑performing team in its Cairo location. The role includes full responsibility for the store when the Store Manager is absent.
Key responsibilities
- Support the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety procedures.
- Lead, coach, and motivate department supervisors and store teams.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance‑management activities.
- Monitor store performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Act as Store Manager when required to ensure business continuity.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in large‑format retail management, preferably in home‑furnishing retail.
- Proven experience in team leadership, store operations, and sales management.
