Design Engineer – Architecture

About the role

We are looking for a Design Engineer to lead the creation of architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed construction drawings. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that every project meets technical, regulatory, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed construction drawings.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations, building codes, zoning requirements, and company standards.
• Participate in design review meetings and provide technical recommendations.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical proposals submitted by contractors.
• Monitor design progress and conduct site visits to verify construction aligns with approved drawings.
• Resolve design‑related issues during construction and offer technical support.
• Evaluate new construction materials, technologies, and sustainable design practices.
• Prepare design presentations and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Maintain organized project documentation and revision records.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Architecture.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in architectural design.
