Development Manager – Asset Development (Real Estate)

About the role

Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a Development Manager to support its Asset Development function within the Real Estate division. Working under the Senior Development Manager, you will coordinate and drive projects through all phases of the development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and approved strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Support development projects from feasibility, design, construction, handover to close‑out.
• Monitor project business cases, budgets, timelines, risks, opportunities and KPIs.
• Coordinate feasibility studies, financial appraisals and stakeholder approvals.
• Work with design teams and consultants to develop briefs, manage deliverables and secure approvals.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Delivery teams on procurement, contractor selection and site progress.
• Track project costs, cash flows, schedules and commercial performance against targets.
• Liaise with Finance, Investment Analytics, Commercial, Sales, Leasing, Marketing and Operations to support feasibility, revenue strategy and operational readiness.
• Assist with contract administration, procurement, change management, reporting and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in real‑estate development project coordination or management.
• Proven ability to monitor budgets, timelines and financial performance.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under guidance of senior management and drive projects to practical completion.
