DevOps & ALM Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated DevOps & ALM Administrator with 4‑6 years of experience to manage our CI/CD pipelines, version‑control platforms and collaboration tools. You will act as the primary administrator for enterprise Git ecosystems, Jira and FlexDeploy, ensuring smooth release management and high tool availability.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure Bitbucket and GitHub, manage access, branching strategies, security policies and troubleshoot complex Git issues.
• Serve as the main Jira Administrator, customizing workflows, permission schemes, screens, fields and creating dashboards and reports.
• Design, build and maintain automated deployment pipelines in FlexDeploy, configure environments and resolve deployment failures.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and integrate REST APIs of GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira and FlexDeploy.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of core experience in DevOps, build/release management or tools administration.
• Deep architectural knowledge of Git and hands‑on experience with Bitbucket and GitHub.
• Strong proficiency in Jira administration (Cloud or Data Center) and API integration.
• Proven experience with FlexDeploy or comparable enterprise release orchestration tools.
• Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash or PowerShell.
