Digital Advertising Specialist - MEA

About the role

IDP, a global leader in international education services operating in more than 50 countries, is hiring a Digital Advertising Specialist in Cairo. The role covers planning, executing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and programmatic networks, leading lead generation and customer acquisition, managing ad budgets and turning data insights into actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage end-to-end paid campaigns across search, social, display and video channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads).
• Manage daily ad budgets, bid strategies and audience targeting to maximize ROI/ROAS, and run A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, landing pages, copy and audiences.
• Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure: pixels, Google Tag Manager, Conversion APIs and UTM parameters, ensuring accurate cross-channel attribution and troubleshooting tagging issues.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions), analyze data and prepare performance reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Research competitors and industry trends to find new opportunities, channels and ad formats.

Required profile

• 2-4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• In-depth experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram).
• Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, pixel implementation and offline conversion tracking.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Nice to have: LinkedIn, TikTok and programmatic ads experience, and landing page optimization / CRO knowledge.
