Digital Marketing & AI Content Specialist

About the role

Amtar Engineering Solutions Company is looking for a Digital Marketing & AI Content Specialist to join its Alexandria office. The role combines strategic marketing with hands‑on production of AI‑enhanced visual and written content to raise the company’s visibility and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital campaigns across LinkedIn, the corporate website, email, search and other approved channels.
• Translate engineering, construction, BIM, procurement and commercial topics into clear, business‑focused content.
• Produce high‑quality written copy, graphics, short‑form videos, motion assets, presentations and full campaign kits.
• Leverage professional AI tools to generate, edit and improve images and videos while ensuring brand consistency and factual accuracy.
• Write scripts, storyboards, captions, landing‑page copy and campaign briefs in both English and Arabic.
• Support organic and paid lead‑generation initiatives for Saudi, GCC and international audiences.
• Track performance metrics, lead quality, cost and conversion rates and propose optimisation actions.
• Maintain a structured content calendar, asset library, approval workflow and regular performance reporting.
• Collaborate with technical teams to verify claims, terminology, project details and visual accuracy before publication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related field.
• Minimum three years of hands‑on digital‑marketing and content‑production experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real campaigns, design work and video production.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and excellent written and spoken English.
• Current residence in Alexandria with the ability to work full‑time on‑site.
• Preferable experience in construction, engineering, architecture, real‑estate or building‑materials sectors and exposure to Saudi or GCC projects.
