About the role

The company is a fast‑growing Egyptian brand in cosmetics, aromatherapy and natural wellness. It seeks a Digital Marketing & Brand Growth Specialist to strengthen its online presence, engage customers and drive sales through creative, data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, customer engagement and online sales.
• Plan and launch marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
• Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging platforms) by creating, scheduling and publishing engaging content.
• Build and nurture an active online community, responding promptly to customer interactions.
• Monitor, analyse and report on key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rates and campaign performance.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to optimise ROI and improve content strategy.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, content creators and external agencies to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Track industry trends, conduct competitor analysis and identify market opportunities.

Required profile

• Proactive, creative and commercially minded marketer with 2–5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Passionate about brand building, consumer behaviour and delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong execution skills combined with strategic thinking.
• Comfortable working with data and analytics to guide decisions.
