Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging content for Facebook and Instagram.
• Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns.
• Develop concepts for YouTube Shorts and short‑form videos.
• Write marketing posts, promotions, and other copy.
• Respond promptly to customer messages and inquiries.
• Process orders and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written English and communication abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with social media marketing.
• Comfortable using online collaboration and marketing tools.
