Digital Senior Manager – Digital Transformation & GenAI

About the role

Visa Consulting and Analytics is seeking a Digital Senior Manager to lead end‑to‑end digital transformation and Generative AI (GenAI) strategy engagements across the GCC and North‑Africa‑Levant region. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite executives, shaping futuristic digital strategies for digital banking, super‑apps and embedded finance platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of digital and strategy projects, conducting digital maturity assessments, gap analyses and market research to inform strategy formulation.
• Own critical workstreams, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time outputs that meet client expectations while managing multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Define and execute GenAI transformation strategies, identify use cases, prioritize initiatives and model business value.
• Design AI operating models, establish Centers of Excellence, and conduct AI maturity and readiness assessments.
• Develop adoption metrics, KPIs and measurement frameworks; lead capability‑building workshops, hackathons and change‑management activities.
• Contribute to business development through proposal writing, account growth identification and thought‑leadership publications.

Required profile

• Extensive consulting experience with a focus on digital transformation and emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Cultural fluency in GCC/NALP markets and ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) concepts and applications.
• Knowledge of digital technologies, AI operating models and Center of Excellence structures.
• Experience with digital maturity assessments, KPI definition and change‑management methodologies.
