Digital Transformation Projects Lead

About the role

As the Digital Transformation Projects Lead you will drive the modernization of internal business systems and processes for a robotics organization. The role focuses on delivering ERP, PLM and CRM implementations that improve operational efficiency and enable data‑driven decisions. It is a full‑time, hybrid position reporting to the Head of Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project lifecycles for business system implementations, from requirements gathering to launch and support.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation and risk mitigation.
• Analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies and define requirements for new software solutions (ERP, PLM, CRM).
• Coordinate with engineering, operations and finance leaders to ensure functional fit.
• Manage relationships with software vendors and implementation partners to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Create project documentation, process maps, user guides and training materials.
• Report project status, risks and outcomes to senior leadership and ensure successful adoption of new tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience leading business system or software implementation projects.
• Proven involvement in at least one major digital transformation initiative (ERP, CRM, PLM, MES).
• Strong understanding of core business processes in manufacturing or hardware‑oriented companies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage deadlines and escalate risks appropriately.
