About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a visionary leader to steer its academic strategy worldwide. The role focuses on translating rigorous learning science into scalable programs that double student learning velocity in just two hours per day, leveraging AI‑powered tutoring and mastery‑based pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Design academic frameworks that turn learning science into actionable curriculum, motivation, and application guidelines.
• Conduct execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure alignment, accountability, and outcome delivery across multiple school sites.
• Synthesize data, stakeholder interviews, and observations into ecosystem assessments that pinpoint barriers to accelerated learning and recommend targeted interventions.
• Establish planning cycles, feedback mechanisms, and milestone monitoring focused on student learning objectives.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning publicly at senior levels, delivering keynote presentations and engaging with ministries of education to promote systemic transformation.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in academic or EdTech settings, with a proven track record of scaling impact.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing teams, diagnose operational gaps, and drive measurable outcomes.
