Director of Food and Beverage

About the role

The Director of Food and Beverage will lead all F&B operations at Swissotel Sharm El Sheikh All‑Inclusive Collection, ensuring a luxurious guest experience across multiple restaurants, bars, and banquet venues. Reporting to the Executive Committee, you will shape strategy, drive profitability and uphold the resort’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet departmental goals and financial targets.
• Oversee planning, execution and daily management of all food and beverage outlets.
• Prepare and control budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring adherence to the operating budget.
• Recruit, select and mentor outlet managers and chefs, fostering a decentralized management approach.
• Monitor costs, implement control measures and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain service and quality standards, handling guest complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Represent the F&B department on the hotel’s Executive Committee and contribute to the annual marketing plan.

Required profile

• Luxury service focus with distinguished presence and high emotional intelligence.
• Minimum five years in a senior food and beverage leadership role overseeing multiple outlets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong networking ability and proven stakeholder relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills and experience building a strong team culture.
• Track record of high performance and achievement.
