District Manager - Cairo (Limitless Naturals)

About the role

Eva Pharma is recruiting a District Manager for its Limitless Naturals brand in Cairo. Limitless Naturals is a fast-growing wellness brand founded in 2020, specializing in food supplements, multivitamins and sports nutrition, and is now expanding into selected international markets. The ideal candidate contributes to the brand's mission of improving human health and well-being.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve 100% of sales targets for the area and new launches, and contribute to quarterly profit/value targets.
• Run KOL visits, RTDs, awareness campaigns and business events, tracking ROI and outcomes.
• Ensure MR call quality, 90%+ visit coverage, SPOC orders and structured doctor/customer segmentation.
• Monitor distributor stock levels so new products are available in key and chain pharmacies.
• Submit MR feedback, analyze market data with IMS and hold quarterly business reviews.
• Drive quarterly market share gains and positive EI performance across strategic portfolios.
• Manage budgets for field activities within approved marketing budgets.
• Evaluate team performance against KPIs, give feedback, set corrective plans and track ROI in sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, veterinary medicine or a science majoring in chemistry.
• 3 years of experience as Area Supervisor or District Manager in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical or FMCG industry.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills: interpreting sales reports, market data and performance KPIs.
• Sales forecasting, planning district activities and setting clear objectives.
• Solid understanding of market dynamics, competition and customer behavior.
