About the role

Vitacare is seeking a full‑time District Manager to lead its medical sales operations in Upper Egypt. The role involves coaching a team of medical representatives, overseeing multiple retail locations, and driving sales performance across the district.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up and coach the medical reps team.
• Oversee multiple stores within the district.
• Manage store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Train and develop store staff.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to company procedures.

Required profile

• People Management, Sales Management, and Operations Management skills.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in retail or healthcare industry.
• Problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary, Science or a related field.
• Ability to travel within the district.
