District Sales Manager – Alexandria

About the role

Master Pharma Egypt is seeking a dynamic District Sales Manager to lead its sales operations in Alexandria. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving revenue growth for pharmaceutical products while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed district targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives, monitoring performance and providing regular feedback.
• Analyse market trends, identify new business opportunities, and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key clients, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a district manager in CNS or pediatric pharmaceuticals.
• Proven track record in sales management within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and forecast trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
