E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager – Cairo

About the role

The E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager will lead the digital presence of Kempinski Palace Cairo, focusing on the hotel’s website, food & beverage venues, spa and lifestyle offerings. The role aims to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and support revenue goals through strategic digital campaigns and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
• Plan and manage a local‑focused calendar for F&B, spa and lifestyle promotions.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and audience segmentation to optimise campaign performance.
• Collaborate with F&B, spa, PR, e‑commerce and revenue teams to create high‑impact campaigns.
• Analyse campaign results, adjust tactics and report on key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate property content on brand, GHA and third‑party portals.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google and local platforms, managing budgets, bids and ad copy.
