Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will work on‑site at Ghazal Health Center in New Cairo, providing a warm welcome and professional assistance to guests. This full‑time position ensures a seamless experience from the moment a guest contacts the centre until checkout, supporting the brand’s commitment to exceptional service and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle inquiries via phone, email and in‑person.
• Manage bookings and appointments using the centre’s booking and CRM systems.
• Assist guests in selecting appropriate beauty and therapy services.
• Resolve concerns and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with front‑desk and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or guest‑facing roles within hospitality, wellness or beauty sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Professional, calm and empathetic demeanor with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Reliability, punctuality and willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in spa, beauty or wellness centres is preferred.
